Drug Law changes and the workplace - operating a drug-free workplace isn't new, but keeping current with new laws and drug trends can be a challenge.  Not doing so can be costly.  Workplaces are asking questions about marijuana legalization, dealing with prescription(Rx) drug use/abuse, responding to applicants who fail drug tests and more.  Present by Allison Sharer, of WORKING PARTNERS®  a consulting firm that helps businesses save money and minimize liability associated with substance misuse in employees by maintaining drug-free workplaces.

Beyond Wood – What else could we be producing in addition to wood products at our facilities – a representative from Thermwood will discuss how their customers made a transition from wood products to other products.

Managing Your Cyber Risk -Cyber-crime is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic exposures in business today. Hardly a day goes by that we don’t hear about a security breach or incident involving the loss of sensitive data to hackers. We will discuss several layers of risk management that will help reduce a business’s exposure as well as coverage options available to transfer the risk to an insurance carrier.  Presented by Jason Kerr of Federated Insurance.
